Sarah Adnan is a Partner at Garment Resources, an SME garment factory in Karachi, where she is working to transform the company's operations into a truly sustainable and ethical production model — one that global brands can trust, with the flexibility of smaller MOQs. Her mission is to show that responsible fashion manufacturing is possible at every scale. Beyond the factory floor, she serves as an Independent Director at Karachi Garment City Company, a federal government initiative. She has also served as an EC member of PRGMEA and as Vice President of PRGTTI, PRGMEA's training arm, working to raise standards and skills across Pakistan's garment sector. She also writes freelance on fashion and textiles, and is a vocal advocate for Pakistan's manufacturing industry on the global stage — championing the talent, craftsmanship and potential of Pakistan's factories to lead in ethical, world-class production.
